Bennington
Bennington (born June 2005) is a wonderful bay colt by Bennos Hit out of our pony mare, Dancing Till Dawn. He has matured to be 14.2 HH and is registered with the ASPR. We presented him at the September ASPR Inspection and he received an outstanding score of 7.9. Bennington was the top scoring ASPR Futurity Foal in Canada for 2005. He also was tied for second top score for ASPR foals in USA.
Bennington has great movement and conformation but he also has the best temperament. He is exactly what we hoped for when we started to breed sport ponies.
Update: In 2009 Bennington was very successful in Training level dressage in South Western Ontario. He qualified for the Silver Championships where he placed fourth overall. Also based on his results in 2009, he was selected to participate in the Stephen Clarke clinic. Great results for a 4 year old pony showing against horses.
In 2010, Bennington continued to improve. He ended the season with numerous first places and scores in the high 60s and low 70′s. At three dressage shows Bennington was the high point champion. He stood second for the Cadora Ontario standings, was the Ontario Silver Champion at Training level and was the Amateur high point score at the Championships too. Great results for a 5 year old pony with an adult amateur rider showing against some wondeful dressage horses!

Boogie Black Boy A10401
Black Boy is a Section A black gelding 11.3 H born May 2004. Black Boy is part of the pair and team and also the wheeler in a tandem with our stallion Alderdale Nighthawk. In fact you have to look twice to tell the stallion and Black Boy apart as their markings are nearly identical. Black Boy is by Mountainview General Wolfe out of Woodeden Penelope by Budd’s Silverstone Pride.
Stonecroft Disco A 9971
In 2011 I took over driving Napoleon and had fun at the CNE and Erin Fair. He is a fun pony to drive and it was great to win at his first driving show with Bob watching.
Lunar Eclipse
Rosalind
We acquired Rosie in November 2006 to ride and drive. In 2007 Rosie was broke to drive and we used her for hacking etc.
Update: In 2010 Rosie placed at local carriage events and was the Grand Champion at the May Tri County Show at Rockton Fair grounds. We had planned to show her at more shows in 2010, especially Walnut Hill as she loved cones and was very fast for cross country. However, in June 2010 Rosie suffered from a stroke and we had to make the tough decision to put her down. Rosie had turned out to be a wonderful driving pony who loved her job and Bob and I have great memories of the time we had with her.

Rhaspody in Blue
Rocky (born May 2005) is a lovely grey filly by Kemurs Zeus out of our standardbred mare Armbro Rhaspody. She has matured about 14 HH and was bred to be a driving pony. She looks just like her sire only in a larger version. Her movement is awesome. In fact one of the Canadian dressage trainers who saw her, fell in love with her ‘classiness’ and huge trot. She is broke to drive and we plan to show her later in 2011.
